When placing an order, we can give you an approximate completion time based on our current workload and your printing needs.  Please call us directly if you need signage same day, or within the next 24-48hrs. (828) 552-3671 We will need to review right away to confirm if this is a possibility.

When we send a proof for you to review, we highly recommend reviewing for accuracy. We will not be responsible for any errors that are content related.

For signage items, we will create a customer folder for easy reordering. These will remain on file in our system.

For blueprints and copies, we generally delete files after a month. Upon request, we can hold on to files longer. We suggest you request a copy of your files in case you need additional prints in the future.

If you are exempt from paying sales tax, please fill out a form from the NC Department of Revenue. Return the completed and signed form to us.
